Glenn Phillips completely took the ODI out of Pakistan's grasp with his whirlwind century. Phillips' 74-ball 106* witnessed New Zealand gain a mammoth score on the scoreboard, after fifties from Kane Williamson, and Daryl Mitchell.  Chasing 331, Pakistan never found any momentum, losing wickets at regular intervals. Only, Fakhar Zaman kept the home side in the hunt, scoring a brisk 84 off 69. Matt Henry, and Mitchell Santner claimed three wickets each, while Michael Bracewell claimed two to hand Black Caps an comprehensive win by 78 runs.
