Lucknow Super Giants beat Gujarat Titans by six wickets! What a performance this has been from LSG, who seemed to be on the back foot after that brilliant opening partnership from Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan! LSG end Gujarat Titans' winning run and get past the finish line with three balls to spare! Nicholas Pooran has shown why he is such a destructive player in the format as he smashed 61 runs off just 34 balls which took the game away totally from the grasp from Lucknow Super Giants. At one stage, it seemed that Gujarat Titans would get past 200 with ease with 120 runs coming off 12 overs and both Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan looking to be in total control. However, the Lucknow Super Giants bowlers scripted a memorable comeback as the next eight overs yielded just 60 runs with six wickets going down as well. Shardul Thakur got two wickets (2/34) and so did Ravi Bishnoi (2/36). In the run chase, Aiden Markram also struck a magnificent 58 off 31 balls and Ayush Badoni's 28-run unbeaten cameo saw Lucknow Super Giants complete the match with three deliveries to spare. Lucknow Super Giants next face Chennai Super Kings on April 14 while Gujarat Titans will have a gap for some days before their clash against Delhi Capitals on April 19.
