Infosys has tightened its work-from-home (WFH) policy, mandating employees to work from the office at least 10 days a month starting March 10, 2025. The company’s attendance app will no longer approve WFH requests by default. Employees failing to meet the in-office target may face leave deductions, as Infosys pushes for stronger team collaboration.
