When Bombay Times got in touch with Faisal, he revealed how he and Muskaan first met, āMuskaan didnāt know who I was and I guess, that made things even more comfortable between us. She was looking for a mobile charger, and I offered mine. Thatās how we got talking. We met again the next day and by the third meeting, we realised that there was a certain chemistry between us. She is not pretentious and thatās what I like about her.ā
Recalling how he proposed to Muskaan, Faisal revealed, āIt so happened that I told my mother about planning to bring in Muskaanās birthday. At that time, she was visiting Mumbai for work and was staying at an accommodation for women. When I reached there at midnight, I thought that I would have to climb to her balcony, just like they show in movies. But fortunately, the receptionist recognised me and attended to me warmly.ā
āThe following day, I had planned another party for her. Thatās when my mother asked me about Muskaan, as I donāt usually attend parties. I bought several gifts for her and a card, on which I decided not to write anything. I thought I would write whatever comes to my heart when I meet Muskaan. Finally, I wrote āI love youā and she cried,ā he concluded.
Faisal Khan shot to fame when he participated in Zee TVās Dance India Dance Li'l Masters 2 and was lucky enough to win over the nation with his dance moves, right from his first audition on the show. Faisalās hard work and determination went on to win him the show, post which there has been no turning back for him. After DID, Faisal bagged his first acting project and played the lead role in Bharat Ka Veer Putra- Maharana Pratap and has been a part of various other shows on television.
